opd arrestlog2 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (8/8/14) — Owensboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and citations:

Anysha Brown, 19, of Owensboro, was charged with second degree criminal trespassing.

Samantha Boyd, 32, of Owensboro, and Michael Jackson, 40, of Owensboro, were each charged with second degree disorderly conduct after police responded to a report that the two of them were allegedly arguing.

Todd Carpenter, 47, of Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and second degree disorderly conduct.

Richard Evans, 60, of Grandview, Tenn., was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and other traffic violations.

Mary Fares, 50, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) between $500 and $10,000, operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and other traffic violations.

Donald Sheppard, 59, address unknown, was charged with being in a public park outside of regular operating hours.

Lyndle Shocklee, 67, address unknown, was charged with being in a public park outside of regular operating hours.

William Thompson, 19, of Owensboro, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and person 18-20 possession, purchase, attempt to purchase, or attempt to have another purchase alcohol.

Robert Young, 27, of Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and third degree criminal trespassing.

Brett Jennings, 47, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Malerie Ling, 26, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by deception including cold checks less than $500 and theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) less than $500.

Jordan Price, 20, of Island, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
