guitar-paloozaHENDERSON, Ky. (9/1/14) — You have probably noticed the painted guitars located throughout Henderson over the past few months.

Guitarpalooza was the latest creation of the Henderson Regional Hospital Foundation, a fusion of music and art to foster health and wellness and fun for the Henderson Community. Guitarpalooza has turned out to be one of the largest fundraising events the Henderson Regional Hospital has spearheaded in its history, and we want you to be apart of it. We are wrapping up Guitarpalooza 2014 with a huge Finale Celebration at the Fine Arts Center on Sept. 20, and you are invited to join us.

Tickets are $40, and can be purchased with a check or cash by contacting (270) 827-7161. The event begins with happy hour at 6:30 p.m. with the Live Guitar Auction at 7:30 p.m. Following the auction, you will be entertained by Dueling Pianos from 176 Keys Fun Pianos. There will be a cash bar and a cocktail buffet. Please join us and make this the biggest event in town.

This public art project and celebration was launched at the Kyndle Annual Celebration on June 5 at the Fine Arts Center, where twenty beautiful and unique guitars were unveiled before finding their summer homes throughout the storefronts of Henderson.

The Henderson Regional Hospital Foundation is so appreciative of the talent and generosity of the artists involved in this unique adventure and for sharing their extraordinary talent with this community.
