drugarrest 300 cCENTRAL CITY, Ky. (4/19/13) – Over the past week, the Muhlenberg County Sheriff’s Office has made three drug-related arrests in the Central City area.
 
Muhlenberg County Sheriff Detective Troy Gibson, assigned to Pennyrile Narcotic Task Force, conducted an investigation that led to the arrest of Rickie Morehead of 89 Wolcut Lane, in Central City. The arrest came after officers were able to perform controlled buys on Morehead. On April, 17 Morehead was charged with 2 counts of trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (Meth). Gibson was assisted by Muhlenberg County Sheriff Deputies and KSP.
 
Gibson also conducted an investigation that led to the arrest of Kenneth Miller of 180 Sunnyside Road in Central City. Miller was arrested on April 15. The arrest came after officers were able to perform controlled buys on Miller. Miller was charged with trafficking in a controlled in a controlled substance 1st degree and trafficking in a controlled substance 2nd degree. Gibson was assisted by other Units of MCSO.
 
Gibson also conducted an in investigation that led to the arrest of Nicole Grimes of 219 Park St in Central City. Grimes was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree, methamphetamine. She was arrested on April 14. Gibson was assisted by MCSO and Central City Police Department.
