bbq fest 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (5/9/13) – The Daviess County Fiscal Court Administrative Office will remain open until noon on Friday, May 10. All other offices within the courthouse will be closed all day, as early morning preparations for the 2013 Bar-B-Q Festival will have surrounding streets closed. Street closures will result in the loss of traffic access to the courthouse.
