schooldismissingHOPKINS COUNTY, KY (3/2/12) – According to Hopkins County School District officials, all Hopkins County Schools will be dismissing three hours early today.
 
School official Susanne Wolford has stated, “Todays' severe weather event is moving more quickly that earlier predicted so we are dismissing school three hours early. Please be prepared to receive your students from the bus or to pick your child up three hours early. For example if you school normally dismisses at 2:30, they will dismiss at 11:30 today. We appreciate your help in making our dismissal and ride home go smoothly and safely.”
 
Harsh weather is expected throughout the day into the evening hours. Take proper precautions while transporting children.
