Madisonville Police Report- March 12, 2013

mpd arrestlogMADISONVILLE, Ky. (3/12/13) – On Tuesday, March 12, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported nine instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Shad Harris, 39, of Hiawatha was served a warrant on March 11 at the Hopkins County Detention Center for Probation Violation. The charging officer was Clay Stroud.
 
Joy Peroddy, 51, of Madisonville was arrested on March 11 for Operating Motor Vehicle under Influence of Alcohol/Drugs and Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Insurance. The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.
 
Elvis Gibson, 36, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on March 11 for Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Tristan McKnight, 27, of McLeod Lane was served an arrest warrant on March 11 at the Hopkins County Detention Center for Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Jared ward.
 
Gregory Childress, 43, of Nortonville was served an arrest warrant on March 11 for Non-payment of fines and Failure to Pay Fines at the Hopkins County Detention Center. The arresting officers were Jared Ward and Sean McCance.
 
Kenneth Oglesby, 42, of Manitou was served an arrest warrant on March 11 at Chelsea Drive for Contempt of Court. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.
 
Timothy Maypray, 52, of Mortons Gap was served an arrest warrant on March 11 at Sunset Drive For failure to pay $440.00. He was also arrested for Theft by Unlawful Taking Disp. shoplifting under $500.00 and Criminal Trespassing in the 3rd Degree. The arresting officers were Kyle Pharris and Sean McCance.

Stephen Moore, 54, of West Broadway was served an arrest warrant on March 11 at the Hopkins County Detention Center for Failure to pay fines equaling $1063.00. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.
 
John McGown, 50, of Madisonville was arrested on March 11 for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.
