Madisonville Police Report – April 16, 2013

mpd arrestlog2MADISONVILLE, Ky. (4/16/13) – On Tuesday, April 16, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported 14 instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Jeremy Hamby, 27, of Hartford was served an arrest warrant on April 15, for Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.
 
Samuel Cartwright, 30, of Madisonville was arrested on April 15, for Theft by Unlawful Taking/Disp. All others Under $300.00. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.
 
Douglas Todd, 44, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on April 15, for Failure to Appear in Court. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
John Denver, 25, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant On April 15, for Failure to Appear in Court. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Robert Green, 41, of Madisonville was arrested on April 15, for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place, Disorderly Conduct, Menacing and Terroristic Threatening in the 3rd Degree. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Joshua Bartlett, 18, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant for another county (Daviess). The arresting officer was Van Killough.
 
Gregory Ezell, 26, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on April 15, for Failure to Appear in Court for another Agency (Muhlenberg County). The arresting officers were Tyrone Gregory, Jeff Ethridge and Van Killough.
 
Mark Smith, 36, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant for Contempt of Court. The arresting officer was Van Killough.
 
Lucas Wiggins, 32, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant for another agency (Webster County) on April 15. The arresting officer was Van Killough.
 
Brandon Davis, 18, of Madisonville was served and arrest warrant for another agency (Daviess) on April 15. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.
 
Daniel Rogers, 29, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on April 15, for Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.
 
Shannon Greer, 35, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on April 15, for FTP Release on Payment. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.
 
Howard McKinney, 36, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on April 15, for Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.
 
Tara Darnell, 37, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on April 15, for Contempt of Court Libel/Slander, Resistance to Order. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.
