Hopkins County Restaurant Inspection Report - May 9, 2013

healthdeptinspections300 eHOPKINS COUNTY, KY (5/9/13) - The following is your weekly update on local restaurant inspections for the Hopkins County area, courtesy of the Hopkins County Health Department:

Godfather’s Pizza – 95 (Madisonville)
Minor violations:
•Hand soap needed at hand sink
•Debris build up on cooling unit in walk-in cooler
•Debris build up in bottom of freezer
•Pizza boxes stored on floor
•Debris build up in microwave

Kentucky Fried Chicken – 98
Minor violations:
•Food spillage on floor beneath fryers
•Soiled wiping cloth not in sanitizing solution

Lively Stone Kitchen – 100
No violations

Rallys Hamburger – 95
Minor violations:
•Door broken on ice machine
•Food stored on floor in walk-in freezer
•Walk-in cooler door gasket in poor repair
•Food and debris under shelves of walk-in freezer
•Bread stored on floor
•Wall in poor repair at both doors
•Wall in poor repair in front of ice machine

Brumfield Farm Market - 100
No violations

The next food training class will be on May 14, 2013 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. If you or your employees would like to enroll, please call April at (270) 821-5242 ext 263.

If for any reason you can’t make the scheduled food training class, we will be willing to schedule different times or days.
