mpd arrestlog5 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (5/20/13) – On Monday, May 20, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported 28 instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Phillip Scales, 32, of Eden North Carolina was arrested on May 18, for Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) with Minor Injuries.
 
Timothy Pentecost, 49, of Madisonville was arrested on May 18, for Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) with Minor Injuries, Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place, and Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
William Brunson, 18, of Madisonville was arrested on May 19, for Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) with Minor Injuries and Fleeing/Evading the Police (On Foot). The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
John Allard, 32, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on May 19, for Non-payment of Fines and Burglary in the 2nd Degree. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Christopher Ingram, 26, of Madisonville was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under/Influence, Operating on a Suspended/Revoked D.L., No Reg. Plates (Expired) and Failure to Provide Insurance Card. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Rita Cobb, 64, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant for Vanderburgh County, Indiana for Theft.
 
Judy Uzzle, 63, of Earlington was arrested on May 18, for Theft by Unlawful Taking/Disp. – Shoplifting. The arresting officer was Van Killough.
 
Michele Stevens, 35, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant for another agency (Christian County). The arresting officer was Van Killough.
 
Darlene Kozac, 52, of Hopkinsville was arrested on May 18, for Operating a Motorized Vehicle Under/Influence of Drug/Alcohol. The arresting officer was Van Killough.
 
Melissa Barber, 22, of Madisonville was arrested on May 18, for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.
 
Walter Griffin, 46, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on May 18, for another County (Christian County) for Contempt of Court, Escape 2nd Degree – Identity Fac., Failure to Pay Fines and Flagrant Nonsupport. The arresting officers were Tyrone Gregory, Tyler Russell and Mark Conrad.
 
Timothy Franklin, 27, of Madisonville was arrested on May 19, for Operating on Suspended/Revoked D.L... The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.
 
Travarius Baxter, 25, of Madisonville was arrested on May 19, for Disorderly Conduct and Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.
 
Vyonna Moore, 25, of Madisonville was arrested on May 18, for Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) with Minor Injuries. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
 
Jessica Bean, 38, Nortonville was served an arrest warrant on May 18, for Failure to Pay Fines. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
 
Jarod Bowely, 26, of Madisonville was arrested on May 17, for Operating on a Suspended/Revoked Driver’s License. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.
 
Nakia Campbell, 21, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on May 17, for Failure to Pay Fines.
 
Kathy Averill, 50, of Madisonville was arrested on May `7, for DUI. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.
 
Mary Smith, 39, of Madisonville was arrested on May 17, for Alcohol Intoxication. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
 
Amber Riley, 36, of Madisonville was arrested on May 17, for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Jared Brasher, 26, of Nortonville was arrested on May 17, for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Deuayne Donaldson, 29, of Madisonville was arrested on May 18, for Failure to Wear Seatbelt, Operating on a Suspended License, Possession of Alcoholic Beverage Container in Motor Vehicle and Operating a Motor Vehicle Under/Influence of Alcohol/Drugs. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Jamie Alvey, 34, of Madisonville was arrested on May 17, for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under/Influence of Alcohol/Drugs. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Sandra Hubble, 59, of Dawson Springs was arrested on May 17, for Theft by Unlawful Taking/Disp. – Shoplifting Under $500.00. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.
 
Christine Britt, 40, of Nebo was arrested on May 17, for Theft by Unlawful Taking/Disp. – Shoplifting. The arresting officer was Van Killough.
 
Timothy Britt, 49, of Nebo was arrested on May 17, for Theft by Unlawful Taking/Disp. -Shoplifting Under $500.00. The arresting officer was Van Killough.
 
Charles Cowan, 32, of Nortonville was served an arrest warrant on May 17, for No Reg. Plates, Failure to Provide Insurance Card, and Driving DUI/ Suspended License. The arresting officer was Van Killough.
 
Lenard Chester, 24, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant for Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Van Killough.
