This event will start at 12:00pm. There are four age groups; 3-6 years, 7-9 years, 10-12 years, and 13-15 years. The overall kid that catches the biggest fish gets a $100.00 gift card and a trophy. Second and third place will receive a white or red ribbon. Kids in each age group that catches the largest fish will receive a trophy and a $10.00 gift card to Wal-Mart.

Every year Wal-Mart donates $1000.00 and provides food and drinks and bait  for the kids. The child can bring their own equipment. However, if they don’t have any, there will be some provided. Small children must wear life jackets.

The Hopkins County Bass Club will be lending its services to those who need help and to weigh the fish.
