BURG ARRESTS 300HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (7/30/13) – The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) has released information regarding multiple burglary investigations that have been ongoing in the Hopkins County area.
 
According to HCSO officials, On July 21, 2013 the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint of a Burglary in progress at 2580 Olney Road in Dawson Springs. Units from the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office, Dawson Springs Police Department and the Kentucky State Police responded to the scene. Upon the officer’s arrival, Walter Fulcher was located on the scene and arrested. Fulcher was lodged in the Hopkins County Jail. Timothy Copple fled the scene prior to the officer’s arrival.
 
On July 29, 2013 Timothy Copple was apprehended in Caldwell County. Copple was also charged in connection with a burglary that occurred on Dalton road on July 9, 2013. In addition to the two county burglaries, Copple was charged with a Madisonville Police Department warrant accusing him of Receiving Stolen Property (under $500.00). Copple was lodged in the Hopkins County Jail.
