Eighteen Charged After Madisonville Narcotics Investigation

drug arrest 03 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (8/9/13) – An investigation spanning several months by the Madisonville Police Department Vice Narcotic’s Unit has led to the filing of criminal charges on 18 individuals involved in the distribution of illicit narcotics.
 
This distribution includes, but is not limited to, Lortabs, Cocaine, Dilaudids, Meth and simulated controlled substances.
 
Police officials state that the investigation is a continued effort on the declaration of war on the illicit drug trade.
 
This particular investigation has spanned a 12 month time frame and is currently continuing.

Waylon Boucher – Sell/Transfer of Simulated Controlled Substance
Carolyn Funkhouser – Trafficking in Controlled Substance/Lortab
Darrell Starks - Trafficking in Controlled Substance/Cocaine
Keyla Foster – Trafficking in Controlled Substance /Cocaine
Jamie Martin – Trafficking in Controlled Substance/Cocaine
Tim Tandy – Complicity to “TICS” Dilaudid
Montrez Tandy – Trafficking in Controlled Substance/Dilaudid
Steven Conrad – Trafficking in Controlled Substance/Meth
Kenneth Yancey – Trafficking in Controlled Substance/Cocaine
Rodney Martin – Complicity to “TICS” Cocaine
Shannon Yarbrough –Trafficking in Controlled Substance/Lortab
James Williams – Trafficking in Controlled Substance/Lortab
Barry Rice – Trafficking in Controlled Substance/Meth
Phillip Nicholson – Trafficking in Controlled Substance/Cocaine
Patricia Grayson – Trafficking in Controlled Substance/Lortab
Randall Alfred – Trafficking in Controlled Substance/Meth
Korey Mason – Trafficking in Controlled Substance/Cocaine
