Madisonville Police Reports – August 12, 2013

mpd arrestlogMADISONVILLE, Ky. (8/12/13) – On Monday, August 12, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported 22 instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Michelle Payne, 44 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 9 for Non-payment of Fines, Burglary in the 2nd Degree and Illegal Possession of Legend Drug. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.
 
Cavan Jackson, 24 of Manitou was arrested on August 11 for Operating Motor Vehicle under/Influence of Alcohol/Drugs and Failure of Non-owner Operator to Maintain Req. Insurance. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.
 
Duwayne Moore, Jr., 19 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 10 for Assault in the 4th Degree with Minor Injuries, Possession of Synthetic Drugs, Theft by Unlawful Taking – Automobile and Wanton Endangerment. The arresting officers were Justin Jones and Tyrone Gregory.
 
Nicole Mitchell, 20 of Madisonville was arrested on August 9 for Theft by Unlawful Taking – Shoplifting under $500.00. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.
 
Johnny Middleton, 43 of Madisonville was arrested for Assault in the 4th Degree with Minor Injuries, Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officers were Russell Nichols and William Roundtree.
 
Cameron Mason, 19, of Sebree was served an arrest warrant on August 11 for Failure to Appear. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.
 
Randell Wilson, 44 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 10 for Violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Kimberly Belt, 24, of Providence was served an arrest warrant on August 10 for Another Police Agency (Webster County). The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
 
Gerardo Rocio, 30 of Beaver Dam was arrested on August 9 for Criminal Possession of Forged Instrument, No Operator’s License and Speeding in a School Zone. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
 
Nicholis Belle, 36, of Providence was arrested on August 9 for Operating on Suspended/Revoked License. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
 
Randell Curneal, 32 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 9 for Failure to Appear and Giving Officer False Name. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
 
Sandra Brinkley, 51 of Madisonville was arrested on August 9 for Trafficking Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess. The arresting officer was Josh Mitchell.
 
Jan Shoulders, 33 of Owensboro was served an arrest warrant on August 9 for Non-payment of Fines and Probation Violation. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.
 
Timothy Ellis, 43, of Providence was served an arrest warrant on August 9 for Another Agency (Webster County). The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.
 
Jose Moreno, 28, of Madisonville was arrested on August 11 for Failure of Non-owner to Maintain Req. Insurance, Operating Motor Vehicle U/I of Alcohol/Drugs, No Operator’s/Moped License, No/Expired KY Reg. Plates and Improper Reg. Plate. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.
 
Domique Coleman, 28, of Madisonville was arrested on August 10 for Driving on DUI Suspended License and Failure to Produce Insurance Card. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.
 
Timothy Yates, 28 of Madisonville was arrested on August 11 for No operator/Moped License. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Angela Bruce, 28 of Manitou was arrested on August 10 for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.
 
Kelly Cartwright, 33 of Belton was arrested on August 9 for Theft by Unlawful Taking – Disp. Shoplifting under $500.00 and Criminal Trespassing. The arresting officer was Van Killough.
 
Jarrod Ramsey, 26 of Madisonville was arrested on August 9 for Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) with Minor Injuries. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.
 
Lacoura Bailey, 23 of Madisonville was arrested on August 9 for Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) with Minor Injuries. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.
