HANSON, Ky. (8/17/13) – In her new book Vines in the Vineyard: Poetry for the Seasons of Life, author and professor Stephanie Arban Holt presents a crisp collection of poetry.
This beautiful poetry is grouped by the four seasons, symbolizing the life cycle. The collection will meet readers wherever they are, whichever cycle of life they are in—from early childhood to old age.
Touching on topics such as society, psychology, feminism, nature, and spirituality—Holt challenges readers to look inward and hopes that her poems will bring them enlightenment and introspection, education and entertainment.
In addition to poetry, Holt writes short Southern fiction, novels, and screenplays under various pseudonyms. She is also an internationally published ghostwriter. Raised in Michigan, she moved to Kentucky in the mid-1980s. She is a graduate of both the University of Kentucky and Eastern Kentucky University, and is currently an English professor. Holt lives with her family in Hanson, Kentucky.
Published by Tate Publishing, this collection of poetry is available through bookstores nationwide, from the publisher at www.tatepublishing.com/bookstore, or by visiting www.barnesandnoble.com or www.amazon.com.
