Daviess County Restaurant Inspection Report - August 22, 2013

healthdeptinspections300 aOWENSBORO, Ky. (8/22/13) -The Green River District Health Department reviewed the following restaurants and food service establishments in Daviess County Aug. 13 through Aug. 24:
 
•Highland School, located at 2909 Leitchfield Rd, received a score of 100 and an A rating.
 
•Subway, located at 1210 Southtown Blvd, received a score of 100 and an A rating.
 
•Catfish Willy’s, located at 10007 Tamarack Rd, received a score of 85 and a C rating for their food establishment, and a score of 100 and an A rating for their food retail store in a follow-up inspection.
 
•Rural King, located at 601 Commerce Dr, received a score of 98 and an A rating.
 
•Mama Lea’s Pizza, located at 2803 W Parrish Ave, received a score of 95 and an A rating.
 
•Cheddar’s, located at 3040 Highland Pointe Dr, received a score of 95 and an A rating.
 
•Bob Evans, located at 3123 Hwy 54, received a score of 96 and an A rating.
 
•Yummy Buffet, located at 3200 Villa Point, received a score of 98 and an A rating.
 
•Dollar General, located at 3144 Villa Point Dr, received a score of 100 and an A rating.
 
•Ben Hawes Grill, located at 400 Boothfield Rd, received a score of 100 and an A rating.
 
•Deloris’s Café, located at 2123 Triplett St, received a score of 87 and a C rating.
 
•Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, located at 5311 Frederica St, received a score of 99 and an A rating.
 
•East View Elementary School Cafeteria, located at 6104 KY Hwy 405, received a score of 100 and an A rating.
 
•Wasabi Express, located at 636 Southtown Blvd, received a score of 94 and an A rating.
 
•Zaxby’s, located at 5030 Frederica St, received a score of 99 and an A rating.
 
•Kentucky Fried Chicken, located at 4911 Frederica St, received a score of 98 and an A rating.
 
•Our Lady of Lourdes Day Care, located at 4005 Frederica St., received a score of 100 and an A rating.
 
•St. Plus Tenth Day Care, located at 3418 Hardinsburg Rd, received a score of 99 and an A rating.
 
•Sutton School Cafeteria, located at 2060 Lewis Ln., received a score of 100 and an A rating.
 
•Newton Parrish School, located at 510 Byers Ave, received a score of 100 and an A rating.
