shred day 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (8/26/13) – To help protect local citizens from identity theft, the City of Madisonville is again sponsoring Shred Day.
 
From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 14th anyone can shred up to 100 lbs. of personal and/or business documents at no charge. Bring your items to the Piranha Mobile Shredding unit that will be set up in the parking lot of Parkway Plaza Mall in front of Capitol Theaters. Please note, on-site shredding is not guaranteed.
 
The City of Madisonville Recycling Center at 900 McCoy Ave. will also be open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. to accept additional recyclables.
