OBO arrest logOWENSBORO, Ky. (08/27/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following activity for Monday, Aug. 26:

Jonathan T. Boyd, of the 700 block of Liberty Rd., was arrested at 4:34 a.m. on charges of Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possession.

Christopher D. Carlisle, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.

Eliana P. Solis, of Harvest Hill Ct., was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on charges of Illegal Taking of Wildlife, Hunting Under the Influence of Alcohol or Other Controlled Substance, Hunt with Lights or Other Illegal Means at Night, Resident Hunting/Trapping without License/Permit, and Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place First/Second Offence.

Jonathan C. Grant, of the 3200 block of Bold Forbes Way, was charged with Third Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance with a Unspecified Drug. His court date is scheduled for Sept. 03.

Dameka S. Williams, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. at the 700 block of Deer Trl., on charges of Rear License Not Illuminated, License to be
in Possession, Failure to Produce Insurance Card, and Possession of Open Alcohol Beverage Container in Motor Vehicle Prohibited.
