Madisonville Police Reports – October 23, 2013

mpd arrestlogMADISONVILLE, Ky. (10/23/13) – On Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported four instances of law enforcement activity.

Leon Loving, 29, of Madisonville was arrested on Oct. 22, for assault in the fourth degree (domestic violence) with minor injuries. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.

Steven Conrad, 39, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on Oct. 22, for theft by unlawful taking. The arresting officer was William Strader.

Jordon Baize, 29, of Madisonville was arrested on Oct. 22, for theft by failure to make req. disposition. The arresting officer was Sean McCance.

Charles Moore, 26, of Slaughters was served an arrest warrant on Oct. 22, for theft by deception include cold check under $500. The arresting officer was William Strader.
