Muhlenberg Job Corps Announces Employee of the Month

employee monthAshley Knight, HR Manager and Mathew Osborne, Counselor.GREENVILLE, Ky. (10/24/13) — The Muhlenberg Job Corps Center would like to recognize Mr. Matthew Osborne, Counselor, as Employee of the Month. Osborne continuously goes out of his way to assist students and staff. He puts in numerous hours past his shift and is always asking if there is anything else he can help with.

During our recent assessment, it was noted that Mr. Osborne was recognized as a staff that students felt comfortable going to for help. Osborne is quick to respond to student requests even if the student is not assigned to his counseling caseload. He is quick to follow up with any student issue that may arise and always provides feedback immediately. Osborne is quick to notice retention issues, models excellent communication skills and works well with all other departments. As you can see he is a self-starter and is always willing to go above and beyond for the students at the Muhlenberg Job Corps Center.

Mathew Osborne is an employee who knows how to "Make It Happen!" The Muhlenberg Job Corps and contractor Horizons Youth Services are proud to have Mr. Osborne as part of the Job Corps team!

The Muhlenberg Job Corps is an educational training facility for young adults ages 17-24.
