arrest hallLatisha N. Hall, of the 20 block of Carpenter Dr, was arrested at 8:02 p.m. on charges of first degree promoting contraband, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia buy/possess, theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting under $500, and prescription containing substance not properly contain first offense.
