hend police arrest4 300HENDERSON, Ky. (10/31/13) - The Henderson Police Department released the following accidents and criminal activity on Oct. 30:

A traffic accident with injuries was reported at 2:45 p.m. at the intersection of Adams Lane and Zion Road. Brooke Thomas, 27, was traveling north from Adams Lane onto Zion Road. Thomas struck the driver side of Christopher Compton, 45, who was traveling west on Zion Road. Thomas' vehicle was then spun around, facing west on Zion Road when William Embry, 26, struck her vehicle head on. Thomas was transported to Methodist Hospital for injuries. No other parties were injured during the collision.

A traffic accident with injuries was reported at 4:30 p.m. at the intersection of Sand Ln. and S Green St. Deanna Redmon of Henderson, 63, was traveling westbound on Sand Ln. when she collided with a vehicle driven by Amanda Clements of Morganfield, 27. Clements was traveling eastbound on Sand Ln. at the time of the accident. Redmon, Clements and her passenger, Kasie Tingle of Henderson, 31, were all transported to Methodist Hospital for non life-threatening injuries.

Henderson police responded to 819 Lieber St. at 10:53 p.m. to a burglary call from Jennifer D. Hill, 34. Hill reports an unknown suspect tried to make entry into the residence through a window, but whaas discovered in the act and fled the scene. The incident is currently under investigation at this time, and any information can be given to the Henderson Police Department.
