opd arrestlog3_300OWENSBORO, Ky. (12/02/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following arrests for the weekend of Nov. 29 through Dec. 1:

Reynaldo I. Citlahua, of the 1600 block of West Second Street, was arrested Nov. 29 at 12:01 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, etc .08 (aggravated circumstances), first offense.

Carl A. Grandy, of the 1800 block of Triplett Street, was arrested Nov. 29 at 8:30 p.m. on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place first/second offense.

Aaron M. Whitely, of the 200 block of El Retiro Lane, was arrested Nov. 30 at 3 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc .08 (aggravated circumstances) second offense.

Dale L. Pounds, of the 300 block of Walnut St, was arrested Dec. 1 at 3:30 a.m. on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place first/second offense.

Matthew A. Adams, was arrested on Dec. 1 at 12:49 a.m. on charges of speeding 15 mph over limit, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, etc .08 (aggravated circumstances) third offense, possession of open alcohol beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited, and failure to produce insurance card.

Justin R. Bozarth, of the 6400 block of Hwy 250, was arrested Dec. 1 at 6:45 a.m. on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place first/second offense, and second degree disorderly conduct.

Melissa C. Peeterse, of the 700 block of Clay St, was arrested Dec. 1 at 4 p.m. on charges of public intoxication-controlled substance (excluding alcohol).

Anna K. Jones, of the 300 block of Magnolia Drive, was arrested Dec. 1 at 7 p.m. on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place first/second offense, drug paraphernalia buy/possess, and first degree possession of a controlled substance first offense (cocaine).
