EARLINGTON, Ky. (12/18/13) — An Earlington man has been charged with possession of marijuana and tampering with physical evidence after he attempted to hide marijuana during an officer's investigation.
According to Kentucky State Police, Trooper Joe Bartolotti stopped a 1999 Ford Ranger being driven by Joseph J. Higdon outside Higdon's apartment.
After Bartolotti was granted consent to search Higdon's apartment, he discovered marijuana stored in plain sight. Jordan T. Isabell, 21, was attempting to hide the marijuana when the trooper arrived, the report said.
Higdon is being lodged in the Hopkins County Jail.
