Madisonville Police Reports – January 29, 2014

mpd arrestlog5 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (1/29/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports Wednesday, Jan. 29.

Jimmy Arndell, 32, of Clinton was charged Jan. 28 for criminal trespassing. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.

Valerie Dietz, 38, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Jan. 28 for theft by deception includes cold checks under $500. The arresting officer was Blake Carlisle.

Carlton Cottner, 47, of Earlington was served an arrest warrant Jan. 28 for trafficking in controlled substance. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.

Stephen Kyle, 20, of Madisonville was charged Jan. 28 for operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.

Zachary Davis, 28, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Jan. 28 for contempt of court. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.
