accident two car 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (4/12/14) — A two-vehicle accident in Madisonville left a passenger injured at 12:25 p.m. Saturday, April 12 at the intersection of Scott and East Center streets.

According to a Madisonville Police Department report, Stanley Watts, 69, was driving a 2005 Ford Freestar east on East Center Street and disregarded the traffic light at the intersection at Scott Street, striking the 2005 Chrysler 300 being driven by Michael Chandler, 48.

The Madisonville Fire Department was dispatched to extricate Chandler’s passenger, Deborah Chandler, 55, from the Chrysler 300. She was transported to Baptist Health for treatment of her injuries.
