White Plains Civil War Day Takes Step Back in Time

WHITE PLAINS, Ky. (4/26/14) — The city of White Plains took a step back into history with the third annual Civil War Festival held Saturday, April 26.

The event was free to the public and consisted of vendors, presenters, raffles and a battlefield re-enactment.
