meth arrestNORTONVILLE, Ky. (5/7/14) ― Kentucky State Police arrested two Hopkins County residents for drug-related offenses after executing a search warrant at approximately 11:07 p.m., Tuesday, May 6 in southern Hopkins County.

According to a KSP report, Troopers Joseph Bartolotti and Jeff Ayres along with KSP Sgt. Daniel White executed a search warrant at a residence on East Louisville Avenue in Nortonville. Upon execution of the search warrant, two individuals were located inside and were suspected to be in possession of methamphetamine.

Trooper Bartolotti charged Steven P. Ford, 37, of Nortonville, with possession of a controlled substance, first degree, first offense/meth, and tampering with physical evidence; and, Michael G. Stanley, 43, of Mortons Gap, with possession of a controlled substance, first degree, first offense/meth. Both are being lodged in the Hopkins County Jail.
