Huck’s Employee Arrested for Public Intoxication

tacody-staderMADISONVILLE, Ky. (5/30/14) — Madisonville Police received a complaint call about a Huck’s employee acting strangely Thursday, May 29.

According to a Madisonville Police report, at initial contact with Tacody Allen Strader, 22, of Dawson Springs, at the Huck's on South Main Street, Madisonville, officers observed his movements were slow and lethargic, and had blood shot eyes and slurred speech.

Strader advised officers that he had smoked earlier that day and that he had marijuana in his pocket along with a pipe. Officers were also advised by employees, that Strader had gone into the cooler and turned the lights off, and when he exited, he was acting very strangely, the report said.

Officers located marijuana ashes in the cooler and Strader advised officers that he did smoke in there and that he smoked again on his break, the report said.

Strader was charged with possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia buy or possess and public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol).

He is currently lodged in the Hopkins County Jail.
