KSP Arrests Escapee in White Plains

escapee arrestedWHITE PLAINS, Ky. (6/6/14) - Kentucky State Police captured an escapee after following leads to White Plains.

Troopers responded to a possible location of Richard Senay, 34, an escapee from Ashland, Ky. Thursday, June 5.

After following leads for the past two days, Troopers were led to an address on White Road, where they located Senay hiding behind the residence.  He was apprehended without incident.

Trooper John Komar arrested Senay and charged him with the escape warrant as well as an outstanding Hopkins County warrant.  He is being lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center.

Trooper Komar was assisted on the scene by Trooper Bob Winters, Trooper Mark Combs and Sgt. Daniel White.
