Bobby Kenner, alcohol intoxication in a public place, drinking alcohol in a public place, $258.

Michael Moore, operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol or drugs first offense, $693, drivers license suspended 30 days.

Tamberly Tabb, operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol or drugs, $723, drivers license suspended 30 days.

Joseph Bailey, assault fourth degree domestic violence no visible injury, $203.

Joseph Bailey, operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of marijuana, $828, drivers license suspended 30 days.

Shawnita Beaty, possession of a controlled substance drug unspecified, possession of marijuana, $355.

Brandon Oakley, theft by unlawful taking under $500, $340.50.

Brandon Oakley, reckless driving, driving on a DUI suspended license, failure to maintain required insurance, $873, serve 10 days.

Tiffany Smith, operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol or drugs first offense, $723, drivers license suspended 30 days.

Mattie Ward, theft by unlawful taking under $500, $389.65.

James Fulkerson, trafficking in a simulated controlled substance, $233.

Jordon Hawkins, trafficking in marijuana less than eight ounces, second offense, $1113, serve 30 days.

Brandi Brooks, alcohol intoxication in a public place, fifth offense, $183, Serve 90 days.
