Traffic Stop Results in DUI Arrest

duvall-arrestMADSIONVILLE, Ky. (7/14/14) — Madisonville Police conducted a traffic stop on Dulin Street Friday, July 11.

According to the Madisonville Police report, Officer Justin Jones observed Tina Darlene Duvall, 39, Madisonville, travelling north in the direction of the Victoria Trailer Park not wearing her seatbelt and was yelling out the vehicle window at her husband, who was walking on the side of the road.

As Jones was conducting a traffic stop, Duvall yelled to her husband that she was going to jail.

After consenting to a sobriety test, which she failed, Duvall told Jones that she was also under the influence of meth, marijuana and Lortabs, the report said.

Duvall was charged with failure to wear seatbelt, failure to produce insurance card and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense.
