rileyAmber Dawn RileyMADISONVILLE, Ky. (7/28/14) — Madisonville Police responded to a disturbance complaint at a Park Avenue address Friday, July 25.

According to the Madisonville Police report, officers received a complaint call that Amber Dawn Riley, 38, of Madisonville, was destroying property at a Park Avenue address.

Upon initial contact with Riley, officers observed her walking down the street with blood on her hand. Riley advised officers, that she punched the glass out. Officers also observed Riley having slurred speech and a heavy smell of alcohol, the report said.

Due to Riley’s injuries from her behavior, officers felt it was unsafe to leave Riley, and that she was a danger to herself and a nuisance.

Riley was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense.
