MADISONVILLE, Ky. (8/1/14) — A search warrant was executed at a Spring Street residence by Madisonville Police Department detectives Thursday, July 31.
According to a Madisonville Police report, detectives observed a drug transactions at the home of Katina Mary Gamblin, 44, Madisonville, the day before the search.
The report said during the search, detectives located three different types of non-narcotic drugs that Gamblin admitted trading for Lortab. Detectives also found a plastic baggie on the kitchen table along with a bong and rolling papers. There was an additional bong found in the living room on a shelf with drug residue.
Gamblin also admitted to the transactions detectives observed the day before, the report said.
Gamblin was charged with possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia buy or possess, trafficking in controlled substance, second-degree second offense (drug unspecified) and trafficking in controlled substance, second-degree, first offense (non-narcotic).She is being held in the Hopkins County Jail.
