Deputies Capture Escaped Inmates in Earlington

inmates-recapturedEARLINGTON, Ky. (8/4/14) — Hopkins County Sheriff's Deputies captured two escaped inmates early this morning in Earlington.

According to a Hopkins County Sheriff's Office report, deputies investigated a tip at 8:30 a.m. That Cody Allison, 23, and Paul Nance, 32, were located at 312 W. Main St., Earlington, after escaping the Blackburn Correctional Complex Sunday, Aug. 3 in Lexington.

Central Dispatch confirmed that the two were wanted by Kentucky State Police for escape. Upon our arrival, deputies made contact with both men inside the residence and they were placed under arrest without incident.

Allison and Nance were charged with second-degree escape and lodged in the Hopkins County Jail.
