MADISONVILLE, Ky. (3/11/13) – On Sunday, March 10, at approximately 7:38 PM, the Madisonville Police Department responded to a report of a possible two-vehicle accident at the intersection of West Center and Seminary Street.
Once on the scene, officers found that 30-year-old Bobbie Hopper of Mortons Gap had been traveling North on Seminary while 40-year-old Juanita Gadley of Madisonville was traveling east on West Center Street.
According to Police officials, Gadley disregarded the stop light at the intersection and Hopper struck the passenger side of Gadley’s vehicle. Hopper’s air bag auto-deployed.
Hopper was transported by personal vehicle to Baptist Health ER for possible injuries. No other injuries were reported.
