Domestic Disturbance Led to Wreck and Arrests

arrest1 300TRIGG COUNTY, KY (4/6/12) – On April 5, 2012, Trigg County Sheriff Ray Burnam and Deputy Mark Nichols investigated a Domestic Disturbance that led to a non-injury wreck, two arrests and multiple criminal charges.

Deputy Nichols arrested a Trigg County Man and Woman on various charges.

According to Sheriff’s Office officials, 26-year-old Cody Settles of East Ross School Road Cadiz-, The male subject, was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs 2nd, Operating on Suspended/Revoked Operator License, Failure of Non-Owner Operator to Maintain Required Insurance, Disorderly Conduct 1st, Assault 3rd (spitting on an Officer), Resisting Arrest, Criminal Mischief 3rd (Busting out rear window on cruiser).

The female, 36-year-old Ann Bullock Lafayette St of Cadiz was charged with Alcohol Intoxication.
