arrested handcuffs blue 300TRIGG COUNTY, KY (5/7/12) –According to information provided by the Trigg County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO), the local Neighborhood Watch program is working. The Watch program led to an arrest on Canton Beach over the weekend.
 
According to Sheriff’s Department officials, TCSO responded to Canton Beach after receiving an anonymous tip of a camp fire at the beach. Upon arrival, 2 Drano coke bottle bombs were located and an intoxicated male subject from Hopkinsville, KY. Deputy Mark Nichols arrested the suspect, 44-year-old Brian Gilkey, and charged him with Alcohol Intoxication and Criminal Littering. Additional criminal charges are pending.
 
TCSO was assisted at the scene by KSP. Anyone having information on any criminal activity in Trigg County is requested to contact the Sheriff's Office at 522-6014 or Sheriff Burnam directly at 350-3815.
