Human Resource Director Named for Marshall County Schools

FISK ANGIEMARSHALL COUNTY, KY (5/17/12) – Angie Fisk, current Principal at Sharpe Elementary School has accepted the position as Human Resource Director for Marshall County School District.

Ms. Fisk has spent the last 12 years in her current position at Sharpe. Previously she was a guidance counselor at North Marshall Middle and a teacher at Ekron Elementary School in Meade County.

When asked about her new position Ms. Fisk stated the following, “I now know the true meaning of bittersweet! The excitement within me yet the pain in my heart are feelings that I am not sure I have ever felt at the same time. Teaching and working with children is the passion inside of me. Leadership among my peers has helped to develop me. Now having the opportunity to work at the district level with a team of visionary colleagues will provide me the continuous motivation to do what is best for the students of Marshall County! “

Ms. Fisk is married to Steve Fisk and they have four children; Taylor, Chloe, Parker, and Trevor.
