HOPKINSVILLE, KY (7/10/12) – The Pennyrile Area Development District Board of Directors elected four of their members to serve as officers for the next two fiscal years.

The new officers are: Board Chair – Mayor Gale Cherry of Princeton; Vice Chair - Judge Executive Stan Humphries of Trigg County;

Secretary - Judge Executive Rick Newman of Muhlenberg County; and Treasurer – Lori Harper of Christian County.

Christian County Judge Executive Steve Tribble presented these individuals as recommended by the Nominating Committee and Hopkins County Judge Executive Donnie Carroll administered the oath of office following the Board’s approval.

The Pennyrile Area Development District is the regional planning and developmental agency serving the nine counties and thirty-three cities in the Pennyrile Region.
