TRAFFIC ADVISORY – US 60 Traffic Signal Out

traffic alert yellow 300UNION COUNTY, KY (7/11/12) – A traffic signal on US 60 at the entrance to Union County High School/Middle School is temporarily out of service.

This traffic signal is on US 60 at Union County mile point 11.915. Temporary stop signs have been put up for traffic entering US 60 from the high school and the middle school.

A construction crew working in the area severed power to the traffic signal. A utility crew is on site and expects to have power restored to the signal in a few hours.

Motorist should use appropriate caution in the area.
