Cadiz Police Report – January 21, 2013

cadizpolicereportCADIZ, Ky. (1/21/13) – The following is your weekly update on law enforcement activity by the Cadiz Police Department.
 
On January 19, 2013, Jerry E. McAlevy of Cunningham Avenue in Cadiz was served a Christian County District Court arrest warrant charging him with Unlawful Transaction with a Minor-3rd Degree. Scott Brown was the arresting officer.
 
On January 20, 2013, Cody Autry of Eddyville was stopped for not wearing a seat belt. Once stopped, Officers detected an odor of alcohol coming from Autry. Autry admitted to drinking alcohol and consuming a Lortab earlier. Aaron Acree was the arresting officer in the case.
 
On January 17, 2013, Bobby G, Henderson of Anna Street in Cadiz was found outside his vehicle at his residence and was under the influence of alcohol. Randy Clark was the arresting officer.
 
On January 16, 2013, Bryan J. Isben of South Road in Cadiz drove off the road on Anna Street and struck a house. Isben then drove away. He was located a short distance away when his vehicle stalled. No one was injured. Isben was under the influence of alcohol. Michael Ayers was the arresting officer.
 
On January 14, 2013, Bridgett N. Davis of Rosedale Court in Dawson Springs was arrested by the Christian County Sheriff’s Department and served a Trigg County arrest warrant for charges of Theft over $500. Davis was wanted in connection with the July trailer theft from Western Kentucky Door Company. An accomplice, Brandon Keyes, remains at large. Major Duncan Wiggins was the arresting officer.
