Accident with Injuries on KY 58

accident injuries amb 300GRAVES COUNTY, Ky. (2/1/13) – On January 31, 2012, at approximately 10:22 AM, Kentucky State Police (KSP) officials responded to the scene of an accident at the intersection of KY 58 and 339 West in Graves County.
 
Once on the scene, Trooper Trevor Pervine found that 20-year-old Tevin Phelps of Clinton Kentucky was traveling East on KY 58 when his vehicle crossed a patch of black ice. Phelps lost control of his vehicle, exited the roadway, overturned and came to final rest on the north side of the roadway.
 
Phelps was transported to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

Kentucky State Police was assisted on scene by the Mayfield Grave County Ambulance Service.
