LIVINGSTON, Ky. (2/21/13) – On Wednesday, February 20, at approximately 10:38 PM, Kentucky State Police Troopers responded to a report of an accident with a possible Fatality in the Livingston County area.
Once on the scene, Officers investigated and found that 45-year-old Bill Christianson, of Hampton, KY, was traveling northbound on KY 453 when his vehicle left the right shoulder of the roadway and struck an electric pole. Christianson’s vehicle then traveled an additional 58 feet before coming to final rest off of the east side of the roadway.
Christianson was pronounced dead on the scene by the Livingston County Coroner’s Office.
Trooper Crawford was assisted on scene by Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, Livingston County EMS, Livingston County Coroner, and the Smithland Fire Department.
The investigation is continuing by Trooper Crawford.
