Cadiz Community Arts Center Presents 'International Gala' Benefit

gala 300CHRISTIAN COUNTY, Ky. (3/27/13) – Cadiz Community Arts Center is pleased to present its annual dinner and dance fundraiser, “International Gala”, on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at Kenlake State Resort Park.
 
Decorated with a fun, international flair, the event will feature the lively music of Paducah favorites Ms. Dahn & The Misters as well as a buffet-style dinner inspired by cuisine from around the world. The benefit includes a not-to-be-missed silent auction showcasing one-of-a-kind items created by regional artists and supporters of the Cadiz Community Arts Center.
 
“International Gala” kicks off with music during the social hour at 6pm, followed by dinner at 7pm and dancing at 8pm. Tickets are $50 per person and must be purchased in advance. To purchase tickets or for more information, call the museum office at (270) 522-9056 or visit Tuesday-Saturday 10 AM-4 PM or Sunday 1-4 PM. Ticket sale proceeds benefit programs of the Cadiz Community Arts Center, including the Janice Mason Art Museum and the Southern Kentucky Independent Theatre.
 
Those attending the benefit may choose to take advantage of the spring weather by staying overnight at Kenlake State Resort Park. For more information about Kenlake State Resort Park or to make your reservation, call (800) 325-0143.
