TRIGG COUNTY, Ky. (9/3/13) – On September 1, 2013, Trigg County Sheriff Ray Burnam responded to a complaint of Assault, Terroristic Threatening and Criminal Mischief on Main Street in Cerulean.
The victim claimed that their neighbor had committed these offenses the night before at a party that included drinking and smoking marijuana. The neighbor claimed that there was marijuana and paraphernalia still at the alleged victim’s house.
Sheriff Burnam located suspected marijuana and multiple “bongs” drug paraphernalia. Deputy Rick Burgess charged 25-year-old Ashley Brem and 26-year-old William Hamm with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Deputy Burgess continued the investigation and obtained an Arrest Warrant for the neighbor, 39-year-old Chad A. Shock, for charges of Assault 4th, Terroristic Threatening and Criminal Mischief. The Criminal Mischief charge alleges that the suspect dented the victim’s car.
