Owensboro Police Reports - Sept. 11, 2013

opd arrestlog2 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (9/11/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following criminal activity for Monday, Sept. 10:
 
Rance L. Smith, of the 1000 block of W 2nd St, was arrested at 11:58 a.m. on two charges of Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition Shoplifting.
 
Damian D. Morrow, of the 2400 block of O’Bryan Blvd, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on charges of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition Shoplifting, and Second Degree Fleeing or Evading Police.
 
Nathan L. Hope, of the 2400 block of Strawbridge Pl, was arrested at 12:34 a.m. on charges of Operating a Non-Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Intoxication.
 
Kevin Hester, of the 800 block of Poindexter St, was arrested at 8 p.m. on charges of Harboring Vicious Animals, Dogs to be Vaccinated Against Rabies, and Restraints for Animals.
