Henderson Restaurant Inspection Report -September 20, 2013

healthdeptinspections300 gHENDERSON, Ky. (9/20/13) - The Green River District Health Department reviewed the following restaurants and food service establishments in Henderson Sept. 12 through Sept. 19:

Tom’s Market, located at 1048 Clay St, received a score of 100 and an A rating in their food establishment, and a score of 96 in a regular inspection for their retail establishment and a score of 100 in a follow-up inspection for their retail establishment.

East Heights Elementary School Cafeteria, located at 1776 Adams Ln, received a score of 99 and an A rating.
