opd arrestlog3 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (9/26/13) - On Thursday, Sep. 26, the Owensboro Police Department reported the following arrests for Tuesday, Sep. 24:

Jeremy V. Denson, of the 800 block of Walnut St., was arrested at 2:42 p.m. on charges of a Probation Violation for a Felony Offense.

Ryan V. McNary, of the 1500 block of Alexander Ave., was arrested at 2:05 p.m. on charges of Possession of Marijuana and Tampering with Physical Evidence.

Paul D. McGillicuddy II, of Dixiana Ct., was arrested 2:45 p.m. at charges of Second Degree Burglary.

Joshua C. Story, of the 2100 block of Prince Ave., was arrested 3:30 p.m. on charges of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition Shoplifting Under $500.

Morgan H. Johnston, of the 300 block of Hale Ave., was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on charges of First Degree Trafficking a Controlled Substance First Offense, Cultivating 5 Plants of Marijuana First Offense, Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess, Possession of Marijuana, and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.

Ryan D. Johnston, of the 300 block of Hale Ave., was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on charges of First Degree Trafficking a Controlled Substance First Offense, Cultivating 5 Plants of Marijuana First Offense, Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess, Possession of Marijuana, and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.

Bruce A. Fisher, of the 1300 block of Western Ct., was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on the Execution of a Warrant for Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition Gasoline Under $500.
