CADIZ, Ky. (2/11/14) — The Cadiz Police Department released the following reports Tuesday, Feb. 11.
Officer Roger Knight and Sgt. Richard Martin responded to a disturbance in the parking lot of the Super 7 Inn on Hopkinsville Road Monday night around 6:55pm.
Officers located a male and female at a vehicle in the parking lot.
The male was intoxicated and acting in a manner that caused alarm to the business owner and patrons.
Officer Knight arrested the man, who refused to cooperate with officers and provide any type of identification. He was charged with alcohol intoxication and disorderly conduct.
Further investigation helped identify the subject, Donald Kramer, 52, of Hopkinsville, who was wanted in Christian County for probation violation on a DUI charge and failing to appear in Christian County Circuit Court to answer charges of sexual abuse and unlawful transaction with a minor.
He was served those warrants and lodged in the Christian County Jail.
Chief Chad Grace arrested William T. Byarly, 22, of Cadiz, on Monday and charged him with harassment and disorderly conduct stemming from a Feb. 6 incident in which he continually drove past his ex-girlfriend's house, honking his horn, and creating a disturbance.
