Madisonville Police Arrest Reports - May 5, 2014

mpd arrestlog5 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (5/5/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports May 5.

Billy R. Marshall, Jr., 47, of Madisonville was charged May 5 for public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), possession of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia buy/possess. The arresting officer was Justin Browning.

Jacob H. Campbell, 33, of Earlington, was charged May 3 for alcohol intoxication in a public place first offense, and disorderly conduct second degree. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.

Jared Oldham, 23, of Madisonville was charged May 4 for public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol). The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Joshua N. Thompson, 28, of Madisonville was charged May 4 for public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol). The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.

Triston O. Pettus, 26, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant May 4 for trafficking a controlled substance first degree first offense (less than two grams of meth). The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.

Emily D. Chilcutt, 21, of Madisonville was charged May 3 for possession of marijuana, two counts of possession of a controlled substance third degree  (drug unspecified), possession of a controlled substance first degree first offense (meth), and drug paraphernalia buy/possess. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Richard D. Vanney, 35, of Madisonville was charged May 5 for alcohol intoxication in a public place third or greater offense under 12 months, and disorderly conduct second degree. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.

John David Tyson, 21, of Panama City Beach, Florida was charged May 2 for trafficking in marijuana eight ounces to less than five pounds second or greater offense, possession of a controlled substance third degree drug unspecified, and resisting arrest. He was also served an arrest warrant for a probation violation, and a violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO. The arresting officer was Daniel Cavanaugh.

John M. Freeman, 42, of Providence was charged May 3 for speeding in a restricted zone, possession of an open alcohol beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc .08 second offense (aggravated circumstances), and failure of owner to maintain required insurance first offense. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Valerie M. Dietz, 39, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant May 2 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.

James F. Thompson, 37, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant May 2 for contempt of court, libel, slander, resistance to order, and an arrest warrant for Crittenden County. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Andra J. Browder, 38, of Earlington was served an arrest warrant May 2 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Danny Thompson, 45, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant May 2 for contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Kasci D. Brantley, 26, of Evansville, Ind. was served an arrest warrant May 2 for failure to appear. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Patricia I. Corneal, 46, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant May 2 for theft by deception including cold checks under $500. The arresting officer was Falon Graham.
